Quest Consultancy & Training specialises in Customer Care, Patient Care and Colleague Care. The consultancy works with health authorities and health related organisations, and provides colleague and customer service training to companies and commercial organisations.

The Quest team operates across the Birmingham and surrounding areas and provides consultancy, training and research. We can also provide experts to consult with and chair on key bodies related to customer care, patient care and colleague care.

Quest services have a broad remit and can range from best practice methods to specialising in particularly in challenging customer-facing and colleague situations where there is a need to address or avoid volatile reactions and behaviour.

Quest can provide consultancy support and training services from as little as one day to long term contracts and can tailor our services to meet your specific operational, organisational or commercial needs.
